スクラムフェス新潟はアジャイルコミュニティの祭典です。
アジャイルやテストのエキスパートと繋がりを持ちましょう。この祭典は初心者からエキスパートまで様々な参加者が集い、学び、楽しむことができます。
また新潟の地場エンジニアコミュニティと、全国のエンジニアコミュニティを繋ぎ、活性化する「場」でもあります。
参加者同士でアジャイルやテストのプラクティスについての知識や情熱を共有し合いましょう。出会ったエキスパートに困りごとを相談し、明日への活力にしましょう。

Scrum Fest Niigata is a festival for the agile community. Network & get deep insights in testing and agile excellence. A variety of participants, from beginners to experts, gather to learn and have fun in this festival.
Scrum Fest Niigata is a "Ba"(Place) to connect and activate the local engineering community in Niigata with the national engineering community.
Let's share our knowledge and passion for agile and testing practices with other participants. Talk to the experts you meet about your problems, and get inspired for tomorrow.

Scrum Fest Niigata will be held simultaneously onsite and online.

(ダニエル・マスリン)
ダニエル・マスリン氏はベルギー在住でスクラムフェス新潟の立ち上げに貢献してくれた第一人者です。彼は情熱的でクリエイティブなアジャイルテストのエキスパートであり、実践的な運用テストからテスト管理のポジションに至るまで、20年以上の経験を持っています。
スクラムフェス新潟2022のオープニングでは「G.O.O.D Testing is Important for Everyone」と題した基調講演を行い、開発者からテストエンジニア、様々なプロジェクト関係者まで、誰もがG.O.O.Dテスターであり続けるための指針となる4つの有用な原則を紹介しました。
スクラムフェス新潟2023での基調講演は、「Reaching the "Big Picture" In Testing and Quality」と題し、2022年の基調講演の続編を発表しました。講演ではG.O.O.Dテスターの文脈と実践について、「全体像（ビッグピクチャー）」を失わないことの重要性を説きました。特にズームアウトとズームインの両方を意識することにより、1つの事象に囚われるのではなく、必要なときに細部に注意を払うことを強調しました。
スクラムフェス新潟2024では基調講演者として、ダニエル氏がこの三部作の最後を締めくくるために新潟に戻ってきます。
これまでの講演のおかげで、スクラムフェス新潟に参加された方は、日常業務で使うべき4つの重要な原則に基づいて、どうG.O.O.Dテスターであるかを既に理解しています。さらに、実践として「全体像（ビッグピクチャー）」を見ることの重要性を認識しました。
今回の第3部、最終節となる基調講演が、私たちのアジャイル／スクラムベースのテストの可能性を探求する旅でどう導いてくれるのか、皆とても楽しみにしています。そうぞお見逃しなく！
Daniel Maslyn is a leading contributor to the launch of Scrum Fest Niigata. He is a passionate and creative agile testing professional with over 20 years of experience ranging in real-world situations ranging from hands-on operational testing roles to test management positions.
For his opening at Scrum Fest Niigata 2022, he presented his first keynote titled "G.O.O.D Testing is Important for Everyone" and introduced us 4 useful principles that everyone, from developers to testers to various project stakeholders, can utilise as guidelines to be and remain a G.O.O.D tester.
His second keynote at Scrum Fest Niigata 2023, titled "Reaching the Big Picture In Testing and Quality," was a continuation sequel to the 2022 keynote, where we could both zoom out and zoom in on the context and practice for G.O.O.D testers without blowing the proper focus emphasising the importance of paying attention to details only when needed but not losing "Big Picture."
For Scrumfest Niigata 2024, Daniel returns to conclude and round off this three part series at the Scrum Fest Niigata as keynote speaker.
Thanks to this, Everyone who attended already knows how to be a G.O.O.D tester based on the 4 profound principles we can and should all use in our daily work, and in follow up we all recognised the importance of seeing the "Big Picture" as a practice. We are all very much curious and looking forward to see what this third and concluding Keynote will bring to our ongoing journey in exploring the possibilities for Agile / Scrum based testing and seeing where that will take us.
